What we collect. When you submit an inquiry we store the details you provide (name, email, optional phone, country, investment preferences, message) so we can respond and, with your engagement, introduce you to franchise brands. Our analytics are first-party page and funnel events with no advertising trackers.

How it is used. Your inquiry details are used to respond to you, qualify the request, and — only as the process advances with your participation — to introduce you to a specific brand. We do not sell or rent your data. Emails include an operational confirmation of your request; you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Where it lives. Data is stored on our own infrastructure. Transactional email is delivered via Resend (resend.com) acting as a processor.

Retention & deletion. Inquiry records are kept while the engagement is active and deleted on request. Contact: the operator of Opening K.

Cookies. One locale-preference cookie and, if you accept, a local-storage consent flag for first-party analytics. No third-party ad cookies.
