Who we are. Opening K is an independent consultancy that provides information about Korean franchise brands and, on request, introduction and negotiation-support services between prospective operators and those brands. We are not a franchisor, franchise seller of record, or party to any franchise agreement you may sign.

No offer. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell a franchise. A franchise is offered only by the franchisor itself, and — in jurisdictions that require it — only through the franchisor's own disclosure document delivered to you in accordance with local law. This advertisement is not an offering; in jurisdictions such as New York, an offering can only be made by a prospectus filed first with the Department of Law of the State of New York, and such filing does not constitute approval.

Information accuracy. Investment figures and brand facts are compiled from named public sources (franchise disclosure documents, regulator registries, company publications, press) and dated where possible. They are historical facts from those sources, not projections or promises of your costs or results. Verify all figures in the franchisor's current disclosure document before making any decision.

How we are paid. Our services are free to prospective operators. If an agreement closes between you and a brand we introduced, the brand pays us a success fee. We disclose this arrangement on every introduction.

No professional advice. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Engage your own advisers, including local franchise counsel, before signing anything.

Brand references. Brand names and logos are the property of their owners. Their presence in the directory reflects publicly available information and does not imply endorsement of this website unless the listing is marked as a verified partner.
